The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules, including Oracle Retail Cloud, ERP, SCM, and CX, along with a profound understanding of how cloud technology can revolutionize retail operations, enhance agility, and cultivate innovation.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Enablement
Partner with internal teams and clients to uncover Oracle-based solutions that drive retail growth strategies, focusing on areas like e-commerce expansion and globalization.
Utilize Oracle Cloud to identify new revenue streams, improve operational efficiency, and facilitate real-time decision-making.
Innovation & Offerings Development Develop creative offerings and accelerators that leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities to solve pressing retail challenges such as real-time inventory management and accurate demand forecasting.
Create reusable templates, assets, and industry-specific accelerators to streamline market strategies.
Industry & Client Engagement Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with retail clients to showcase the benefits of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Convert business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle Cloud implementations.
Stay informed about Oracle Cloud product updates and enhancements, advising clients on the most effective implementations in line with their growth ambitions.
Ensure best practices are upheld throughout the design, development, and implementation phases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, product teams, and delivery partners to craft proposals and strategic plans for solutions.
Support pre-sales efforts by providing expert perspectives on Oracle Cloud during RFPs, demonstrations, and client discussions.
This flexible role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 15+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud solutions, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
5+ years of specialized experience with Oracle Cloud solutions in the retail industry.
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud Services, ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, or CX Cloud.
Thorough understanding of various retail business models, including brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and omnichannel.
Proven capacity to translate business objectives into technical Oracle Cloud solutions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams throughout entire project lifecycles.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Cloud Certifications in Retail, SCM, ERP, or CX.
Familiarity with agile and iterative implementation methodologies.
