We are looking for passionate Concrete Estimators to join our vibrant team and make a significant impact on our concrete projects. As a key player, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will provide precise cost estimates crucial for the successful execution of our initiatives. Your expertise will enhance our team's effectiveness and commitment to excellence. Experience Required:
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in structural concrete estimating, particularly for commercial projects. Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $110K - $180K DOE, along with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Note:
This is an on-site position. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed estimates for concrete projects, considering all pertinent factors. Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure thorough project planning. Review project documentation and specifications to fully grasp project requirements. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to craft competitive and precise bids. Maintain transparent communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the estimating process. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and material availability to improve the estimating process. Offer mentorship and support to junior estimators when needed. Continuously assess and refine estimating processes and workflows for improved efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience
in structural concrete estimating, particularly in commercial settings. Proficiency
in estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, Planswift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar. Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
to work effectively within diverse teams. Ability to thrive under pressure
