YOUR ROLE: Prepare precise budget estimates for a variety of construction projects, encompassing labor and material costs. Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering techniques to enhance project efficiency. Draft and deliver thorough project budgets, reports, and plans. Oversee estimates for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate seamlessly with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while showcasing an ability to work independently. WHAT WE SEEK: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 3+ years of estimating experience in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office sectors. Proven experience on projects valued at up to $50M. Proficient with construction management software and tools. Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
