Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to ensure Specialty Networks remains competitive and adapts to the evolving needs of providers, payers, and the pharmaceutical industry through insightful analytics and evidence-based recommendations. This position reports directly to the SVP/GM of Specialty Networks and offers the flexibility of a remote role with potential travel of up to 30%.
Responsibilities
Data & Analytics Leadership
Design and sustain advanced analytics frameworks that track market trends, therapeutic area performance, and competitive landscapes.
Utilize RWD and commercial datasets to generate insights that drive business development and product prioritization.
Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to facilitate executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Market Intelligence & Insight Generation
Conduct ongoing assessments of pharmaceutical and biotech pipelines, mergers and acquisitions, as well as cutting-edge scientific trends.
Deliver actionable insights through comprehensive therapeutic area landscape reports, competitor benchmarking, and quarterly analytics briefs.
Collaborate with internal teams to weave insights into product roadmaps and market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to validate new therapeutic area opportunities through data-driven methodologies.
Ensure alignment across marketing, provider engagement, and data product teams by providing clear, analytics-based recommendations.
Success Metrics
Quality and impact of analytics deliverables on strategic decisions.
Integration of insights into product development and commercial strategies.
Quantifiable improvements in targeting, engagement, and therapeutic area expansion outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
8-10 years in healthcare analytics, consulting, life sciences, or biopharma strategy, with a strong focus on RWD and market intelligence.
Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic area pipeline analysis and competitive landscapes.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
Strong understanding of specialty care ecosystems, highlighting pharmaceutical commercialization and payer dynamics.
Ability to distill complex data into concise, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
Anticipated Salary Range : $152,100 - $234,000
