
The Opportunity
Practice Hospitality is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support and enhance the commercial performance of our growing portfolio of distinctive boutique and lifestyle hotels.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven, analytical hospitality professional who thrives on turning data into strategy. You’ll work closely with the Revenue Management team, property General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive room revenue, optimize distribution, and improve profitability across the portfolio.

What You’ll Do Revenue Strategy & Performance Analysis
Support forecasting of room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share performance.
Analyze trends, pace, pickup, segmentation, and channel mix to identify revenue opportunities.
Assist in developing and deploying revenue strategies, pricing tactics, and inventory controls.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Monitor competitive set performance and market intelligence to inform positioning.
Systems & Distribution Optimization
Support configuration and optimization of revenue-related systems including RMS, CRS, and PMS.
Monitor rate loading accuracy and inventory controls across all distribution channels.
Assist with rate positioning and merchandising across brand.com, GDS, voice, direct sales, wholesale, OTA, and emerging channels.
Ensure rate parity and distribution accuracy across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with pricing and inventory strategy.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure rate positioning aligns with value delivery and guest experience.
Support executive-level communication of revenue performance to property teams, ownership, and corporate leadership.
Provide data-driven insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term commercial planning.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
2–4 years of revenue management or hotel analytics experience preferred.
Experience working with Ideas, SynXis, Mews, Siteminder, Stayntouch and STR reports strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience in boutique, independent, or lifestyle hotels a plus.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Ability to manage large data sets and extract actionable insights.
Clear written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive reporting.
High level of professionalism, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
