Become the cornerstone of our client interactions as we search for a dedicated, customer-focused professional to handle our administrative and customer-related tasks. You will play a key role in supporting our daily operations. Key Responsibilities Handling customer inquiries and complaints with care and proficiency Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings Managing mail distribution and office supplies Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts

Qualifications

High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills
