Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Over 6 years of experience in product management
- Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Data Visualization, and design-focused GenAI capabilities
- Proven experience collaborating with product designers and engineers
- Technical proficiency and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- Experience in agile methodologies such as user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, and sprints
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and maintenance of tools to assist design teams in early product concept phases
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the owned-brands organization and vendor community
- Deliver a user-centric whiteboarding experience integrated with Trend summarization and GenAI functionality
- Create a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and key business objectives (OKRs)
- Utilize product knowledge and customer feedback to assess value and prioritize product direction
- Represent the voice of the product to key stakeholders
- Maintain a product roadmap and backlog prioritizing the highest impact work
- Foster open communication and a culture of high performance within the team
- Collaborate with product teams to support their goals while achieving personal objectives
