Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings efficiently, maximizing your time and client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights to enhance their property search experience. Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients the most up-to-date information. Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. Gather and relay client feedback to the team, helping us refine our approach and improve service. Support clients in understanding the buying process, offering guidance and resources to facilitate their journey. Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident during property tours. Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tallahassee, FL, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on market trends. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client interactions efficiently. Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools that enhance the client experience and streamline processes. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate property tours and client meetings. Compensation
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly JMG provides agents and referral partners with high-quality leads, robust training, centralized lead management, and advanced systems that boost productivity and growth — enabling agents to scale their business with confidence.
