GENERAL SUMMARY The Fitness PT Sales Admin is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and driving revenue for Private Training and Supplements. This role supports member service, supervises scheduling and time-keeping as needed, and enforces Company and Club policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell and conduct Private Training and Small Group Training with Members.

Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients on full programs to hand off to the coaching staff.

Prospect in person or digitally to generate complimentary appointments and sell personal training programs.

Ensure accurate administration of client programs and supplement purchases, tracking measurements and workouts; arrive on time and prepared for trainings.

Assist in revenue-generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops.

Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.

Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager and staff to identify issues and clarify behaviors needed to achieve club sales goals.

Administer company policies as they relate to the sales process.

Independently schedule and manage client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery; coordinate sessions with clients according to availability and needs.

Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations; manage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination.

Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments and coordinate with the Club Administration as needed.

Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productive and that revenue and service goals are communicated and met; set and review goals with coaches and offer direction and motivation.

Handle member service matters (e.g., tours, explaining services, signing members up for training agreements and appointments). Mediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Perform administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas; alert Operations staff to repairs and maintenance needs via daily facility walkthroughs.

Supervise coach sales activities; review agreements and prepare daily paperwork; ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS The Fitness PT Sales Admin will report directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager. They will communicate and enforce all Policy and Procedures with the Coaching Team. Duties require interaction with all club members and employees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, skills & abilities: In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.

Ability to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.

Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.

Strong customer service orientation; responds professionally to requests from guests, members and staff.

Strong organizational skills; understands basic record-keeping and can organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Computer proficiency with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Adherence to meal and rest break periods and must clock in/out for all shift times.

Required Experience:

Minimum of one certification from a UFC Gym-recognized organization.

Current CPR/AED certification.

High school diploma or GED; four-year degree in a related field is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of related experience; experience in management/employee relations is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly required to stand; physical effort includes lifting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 45+ lbs.
