Recommended Experience and Skills 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (helpful but not required) Insurance sales or recruiting experience is a plus Life & Accident/Health License (not required to apply, but must be willing to obtain) Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently or lead a team (depending on role)
