Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Executive located in Beverly, MA. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, and company underwriters.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and adherence to industry compliance standards.
Qualifications Proficiency in Account Management and client relationship-building skills Minimum of 5 years experience handing small and middle market accounts Strong Sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Relevant licensing (e.g., Property and Casualty License) is required. Advanced certification is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
