Position Summary Integrated Design is seeking a talented Designer / Architect Level 1 to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about architecture and technical design. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing documentation that communicates design intent, supports project delivery, and elevates our design quality.
Responsibilities You will work collaboratively with project teams and leadership to:
Support project managers and architects in developing design documentation and presentation materials for client meetings and design reviews.
Assist with digital modeling and visualization of both conceptual and developed designs to communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
Contribute to project delivery efforts by assisting in the preparation of design drawings, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Experience:
2-5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm or design practice.
Experience working on projects within the science, technology, workplace, or athletic sectors is a plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Required: Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Preferred: Enscape, Lumion, and/or other visualization tools.
3D modeling, and rendering skills with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and materiality.
Familiarity with producing construction drawings in REVIT for client deliverables.
Additional Attributes:
Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate visually and verbally.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Passion for design excellence and attention to technical detail.
