Overview GROWING Financial Services company is looking to add a Immigration Specialist to their HR department.
Responsibilities
This role will be a key point of contact for all global immigration matters (i.e., end-to-end work authorization, visa applications, compliance across several countries, etc.)
Help lead the company’s immigration strategy and operations (i.e., ensure legal compliance, advise employees, relocations, short‑term assignments, etc.) to enable smooth cross‑border transitions.
Will work closely with employees and external partners to streamline processes and strengthen the company’s ability to attract and retain top international talent.
Requirements
10+ years of immigration and global mobility experience, with significant emphasis on immigration program management
Deep knowledge of U.S. and international immigration processes, regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience managing complex multi-region cases.
Bachelor’s degree
