Strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels
Strong in understanding technology
Past experience in technical screening
Excellent approach in working with job boards and social media like Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stackoverflow, Linked-in, etc.
Good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management Space
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Good understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools (plus)
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and/or an MBA
