Real Estate Buyer’s Agent
to generate qualified leads and help clients find their dream homes. In this role, you’ll guide prospects through the buying process, assess their needs, and provide consistent follow‑up to ensure smooth, successful transactions.

Compensation $101,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities
Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
Hold yourself accountable for your actions and work to continuously grow your real estate business
Set goals to push your business further
Qualifications
Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome
Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license (no license, no problem! We teach in the house!)
