MUST HAVE LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCE, ideally with some fashion or QSR experience

We’re looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to act as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of lifestyle clients. This role leads daily account management while driving integrated PR, influencer, and creative marketing initiatives that generate meaningful, measurable impact. The ideal candidate confidently connects clients with internal teams, ensures seamless execution of deliverables, delivers high-quality earned media results, and supports the growth of junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day management of multiple accounts across hospitality, food & beverage, parenting, and fashion sectors. Oversee the development and rollout of fully integrated campaigns from concept through execution. Guide and mentor Account Executives and Coordinators, offering clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback. Build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients through proactive communication and strategic counsel. Develop innovative media strategies and compelling story angles to drive earned coverage. Partner with creative teams—often within an integrated agency team structure—to shape ideas, experiences, and brand collaborations. Proactively secure high-impact placements across leading print, digital, broadcast, and podcast outlets. Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting processes to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. Support business development efforts, including participating in brainstorms, proposal development, and client presentations. Qualifications 7–8 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or integrated communications (agency background highly preferred). Demonstrated success managing client relationships, overseeing campaigns, and leading junior staff. Strong track record in media relations and influencer engagement within lifestyle categories. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing settings. Highly organized, with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple accounts. Strategic thinker and creative problem solver who excels in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
