
Senior Sales Executive

Base $100,000–$130,000 + Performance-Based Bonus Role summary First full-time commercial hunter for an owner-run luxury transportation business. Drive the resort and event pipeline: prospect, win hotel/venue and large-event contracts, sell via direct and broker channels, and deliver meaningful booked revenue.
Key responsibilities •Hunt for new business: outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic introductions to resort group sales, hotels, and event producers •Create and grow a strong pipeline focused on resorts and large events (sporting events, conventions, concerts, major local events) •Influence specification and position the fleet early in bids and RFPs •Close deals: prepare proposals, negotiate terms, secure recurring contracts and one-off event work •Lead commercial conversations and pricing with support from ownership/GM •Use event outcomes and client feedback to sharpen selling strategy and win rates
Success metrics •Booked revenue and large event / resort contract wins •Number and quality of target account wins •Pipeline velocity and conversion; repeat event business
Candidate profile •~5+ years selling group, hospitality, or event services (resorts, hotels, large events, catering or similar) •Proven closer with experience winning long-cycle, high-value contracts and selling to hotel/resort buyers and event producers •Consultative hunter: resourceful, persuasive, and disciplined about activity and forecasting •Results-driven, competitive, and comfortable in a hands-on, owner-run environment •Based in Phoenix
