in a phone-based sales role.
About the Role:
As a
Trainee Sales Representative , you’ll spend much of your day on the phone connecting with potential customers - learning how to understand their needs, present solutions and close deals. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced mentors who will guide you as you develop your confidence, communication skills and product knowledge.

What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads Learn to qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities Present technology solutions in a clear and confident way Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Work closely with teammates and managers to hit targets and grow your skills Stay motivated and engaged
What We’re Looking For:
A confident communicator who enjoys spending time on the phone Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - no prior experience required Positive attitude, resilience and a drive to achieve results Interest in technology and business solutions Comfortable using computers and learning new tools quickly High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
