RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure product in office stockroom and showroom is up to date, priority, and accommodating of all sizes

Maintain showroom by display ing relevant apparel / footwear, replenishing missing sizing, and dress ing mannequins

Support in celebrity / influencer showroom appointments in a professional capacity and p roactively tidy after showroom appointments and guests

Support in registering guests, providing hospitality, and setup/breakdown of showroom for meetings and appointments

Send , track and manage packages for the team as requested via internal warehouse platform , as well as support incoming/outgoing messengers and F edex .

Support ad hoc marketing programs and activations including event coverage, product gifting, staffing support

Front desk and concierge coverage with greeting visitors, registering guests, and communicating with Security when needed

Assist in monthly team activities and suppor t all employee facing events which may include identifyin g , outreach and managing outside vendors.

Assist in organization, setup and facilitation of onsite meetings inclduing but not limited to: room reservation, calendar invite, sending confirmations, ordering hospitality, welcoming, and cleanup.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

College Degree preferred

Interest in Marketing Operations , Administrative, and or Office Management

Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs

Ability to work independently and/or team environment, multi-task and self-motivated

Proactive approach to problem solving.

Must be based in LA. Have own mode of transportation and be able to commute to Hollywood, CA

Must be able to lift 4 0lb boxes.

Must be able to work in office 9 am -5:30pm (Monday-Friday)

The base pay for this position is $23 per hour + Product Discount and Wellness Perks.
