Job Description
Experience managing initiatives and programs across traditional and digital marketing channels
Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
Develop email campaigns, manage the email database, and help increase customer experience
Proficient using Eloqua or similar marketing automation technology
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform all decisions
Manage email reports and establish email strategies
Manage and build email lists and campaigns, including design templates
Create and implement email campaigns and customer rendition programs: onboarding, promotions, etc.
Manage emails, develop email roadmap, and conduct QA testing email assets and ensure successful deployment
Qualifications
Experience in energy efficiency (residential & commercial) programs group
Concentrated on email marketing presence (with the new tool they bought)
Responsible for website updates (content updates only)
Primarily email marketing with Oracle Eloqua platform
Working with one of many agencies to create emails and develop campaigns using data analytics, working with website updates as needed
Will work with multiple departments across BGE
Currently using SharePoint as content management system
Looking for someone with 5 years experience or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment across multiple groups
Excellent communication and organizational skillsProactive, take initiative
Oracle Eloqua experience (or experience with an email automation tool) preferred
Web content editing experience preferred
Experience on the creative marketing side preferred
HTML experience would be nice
