You’ll work closely with leadership and operations to support ongoing hiring needs while also building talent pipelines that position us for continued success. You’ll play a key role in helping us find and hire the skilled technicians who keep our clients’ equipment moving. NOTE:This is an in-office role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. CORE DUTIES: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals. Manage candidate pipelines and track progress, providing clear updates to leadership. Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and assist with preparing employment offers. Support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals and match them to suitable roles. Advertise openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Mader’s social channels. Develop and maintain a talent pool tailored to the mining/heavy equipment market. Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices. DESIRED EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in mining, skilled trades, or mechanical/industrial sectors. Experience recruiting trades professionals is strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
