Lending Specialist II – Commercial Real Estate Pay rate: $25‑29/hr
We’re hiring a detail‑oriented
Lending Specialist II
to support a high‑volume commercial real estate portfolio. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of CRE loans — from approval through closing and into servicing — working closely with Relationship Managers, attorneys, operations, and clients to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deal execution.
What You’ll Do
Serve as primary point of contact from approval through closing and into life‑of‑loan servicing
Manage 5–7 active CRE loans at a time (goal of 10 closings per month)
Coordinate due diligence: collateral, title, insurance, flood, entity documentation, and regulatory requirements
Review and manage attorney‑prepared loan documents for accuracy and completeness
Partner with closing and servicing teams to ensure proper booking, funding, accrual reconciliation, and cash positioning
Escalate issues proactively and help drive solutions to keep deals on track
Communicate directly with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience as a Lending Assistant, Loan Processor, or similar role
Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and/or C&I loan documentation
Experience managing high‑volume pipelines in deadline‑driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, core banking systems, and nCino preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Confident enforcing policies and maintaining compliance standards
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, flexible start time, in‑office until at least 4:30 PM
