Position Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Cash Vault Associates to support daily cash handling and deposit processing operations within a secure vault environment. This role requires a high level of accuracy, integrity, and the ability to perform physical tasks while maintaining strict compliance with security procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting.
Work Schedule
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sundays required
Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Peak Season (April – October): Early shift (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST) may apply
No time off permitted during the first 90 days
Key Responsibilities
Accurately handle, count, verify, and process cash deposits and transfers within a secure vault environment
Maintain strict adherence to company security, compliance, and safety procedures
Perform repetitive cash processing tasks while standing for extended periods
Lift and move cash containers and materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
Transition efficiently between multiple operational duties based on business needs
Ensure accuracy, accountability, and documentation of all cash transactions
Required Qualifications
Mandatory: Previous cash handling experience (banking, retail, vault, or similar environment)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and Sundays as required
Preferred Qualifications
Cash vault or currency processing experience
Bank Teller, banking operations, or cash logistics background
Experience working in secure or regulated environments
