We’re hiring a
Client Relationship Manager
on behalf of our client—a growing
wealth management firm
in Newtown, PA. If you love building relationships, keeping operations running smoothly, and being the calm, confident point of contact for clients, this role is for you. Role is onsite during first 6 months for training and ramp-up, then switches to hybrid.
What you’ll take on: Lead onboarding & client communication Support advisors
with prep, follow-ups, and meeting coordination Resolve client issues
with accuracy, empathy, and judgment Manage daily operations
(transfers, move money, RMDs, trading requests, compliance tasks) Maintain CRM + custodial systems Review
daily account activity, including deposits, transfers, and trade requests Explain
forms, processes, and industry terminology in a clear, approachable way What makes you a fit: 7+ years in
wealth management client service Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field FINRA Series 6/7/63/65/66 preferred but not required Experience with eMoney is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Strong understanding of industry rules, regulations, and best practices Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems Team oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration Why this role: Join a
