We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join our team in Midland, TX, focusing on midstream oil and gas clients. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts within the energy industry, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to lead the renewal process, secure existing business, and identify opportunities to expand coverage. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, you’ll help drive client satisfaction and retention while contributing to Gallagher’s culture of continuous improvement.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing care and support.

Partnering with the Service and Production team to deliver high‑quality, timely solutions during the renewal process.

Driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage to meet client goals.

Managing client and carrier relationships to address risk management needs.

Taking on special projects as assigned to support team and business objectives.

About You Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.

An active Texas Property and Casualty Producer’s License.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Knowledge of midstream oil and gas insurance and experience managing client and carrier relationships (preferred).

ERIS, CIC, CRM, or CPCU designations (preferred).

The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
