Our sales team is growing rapidly in New York, and we are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and scale a team of high-performing
Mid-Market Account Executives . In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening our sales culture, and accelerating monday.com’s presence within the mid-market segment.
You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have real ownership over team performance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both strategy and execution as we continue to expand.
About The Role As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed targets. You’ll act as both a coach and a leader - providing expert-level sales guidance, ongoing training, and hands‑on support to elevate performance across the team.
You will own the day‑to‑day execution of the sales motion, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and performance tracking. In addition, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners (Sales Ops, Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership) to refine processes, improve efficiency, and ensure your team is equipped to win in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for a proven people manager who thrives in high‑growth environments, enjoys developing talent, and is motivated by driving both individual and team success.
Your Experience & Skills
3+ years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience
3+ years of SaaS sales management experience
SAAS experience - required
Strong customer‑facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
Ability to build strong personal relationship
Self‑starter, Result‑oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
Excellent written and oral communication skills
BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience

For NYC-based hires only: Compensation Range: $165,000 - $215,000k base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or RSUs based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
