
We are seeking a high-performing
Salesforce Account Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Salesforce products or services, with a focus on financial services clients. This role requires someone who is results-driven, highly motivated, and experienced in consultative sales—especially in the areas of project delivery and managed services within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for Salesforce-related services and solutions.
Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services sector.
Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and partner alliances to craft compelling sales proposals.
Sell a mix of professional services (projects, advisory) and managed services tailored to customer needs.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Leverage knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to position relevant services and capabilities.
Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene for all sales activities.
Represent the company at industry events, Salesforce community meetups, and partner ecosystem events.
Qualifications
5+ years
of sales experience in technology or consulting services.
Prior experience selling Salesforce products or services
is
required .
Background in
financial services
or experience selling to financial institutions is
strongly preferred .
Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding quotas
and driving revenue growth.
Experience selling
professional services and managed services
in a consultative sales environment.
Deep familiarity with the
Salesforce ecosystem , including core Salesforce offerings.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter with high energy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator) are a plus.
Experience working in or with boutique Salesforce consulting partners is advantageous.
