We are seeking a Sales Account Manager that will work with brands/ suppliers on their businesses at Target. The perfect candidate will be a self-motivated, analytical, and passionate about helping companies grow their businesses at Target, while conducting their work with hustle and an optimistic personality. The primary objective of this role is to a) work collaboratively with the brand/supplier to grow their business at Target and fulfilling the expectations they have of us, and b) further the mission of KMG...to drive “Lasting Relationships. Remarkable Results.” The Sales Account Manager will work with the team to manage the daily activities between Target and our key supplier partners. This individual will be responsible for pro-actively managing the relationship between the Target merchandising and the supplier teams. This individual will be responsible for a range of tasks that are strategic, analytical, operational, and relationship oriented. As a member of a rapidly growing company, the ability to be a team-player, have fun, wear multiple hats, and drive results will be critical to success. Primary responsibilities:

Analytical

Own weekly reporting, insights & analysis of the brand/manufactures business at Target, along with commentary that drives actionable business results Proactively recognize sales trends and identify new opportunities for vendor partners to drive business growth Conduct collaborative sales forecasting Analyze results from new items, promotions or special events Develop line plans that drive assortment decisions for Target Create and analyze historical sales data, competitive information, trend information Monitor OTIF & out of stock position and proper supply chain execution, both on a weekly tactical basis, but also at a strategic level Relationship

Work as the liaison between Target and the supplier teams Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Target Buyers and Replenishment Managers to discuss opportunities/concerns Provide meeting recaps to vendor partners and Target teams outlining action plans for all items discussed in meetings Operations

Pro-actively communicate replenishment suggestions to Target using fact based selling techniques Execute chargeback and Accounts Payable research Manage packaging and quality processes for private label vendors, along with other aspects that go along with private label business operations at Target Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Multiple years working at and/or with Target Other:

Detail oriented Confidence in working with Target & vendor partners and communicate effectively with all levels Experience with Target systems Analytical decision making Advanced ability to translate data and analysis into actionable strategy Relationship building success Like to have a ridiculous amount of fun Teamwork Communication Planning and organizing Advanced ability with Excel, PowerPoint Employment Type:
