Noble Tool, a precision machine shop, is seeking a
Purchasing / Inside Sales Manager
to own purchasing, house-account inside sales, and light office support. You’ll coordinate materials and suppliers, manage quotes and follow-up for existing customers, and help keep projects moving smoothly in our ISO 9001 quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source materials and outside services, place orders, and maintain jobs in Global Shop ERP.
Ensure accurate pricing, invoices, and purchasing records in line with ISO 9001 standards.
Manage inside sales for house accounts: track quotes, follow up, and provide status updates.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
Support daily office needs, including shipping paperwork and basic admin tasks.
What You Bring
Experience in purchasing, inside sales, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred).
Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
Comfort with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; ISO 9001 experience is a plus.

Work Environment This is a mostly office-based position with light shop exposure. Occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.) and short walks through the shop may be required.
