**Role Overview:**

A seasonal Operations Support Representative is a hands-on support role that assists with day-to-day branch operations across multiple functional areas. This position works collaboratively with team members to support operational efficiency, safety, and customer service, particularly during peak seasonal periods.

**A Sample of What You'll Do in t his Role:**

* Assist Support daily operations including warehouse, seed, inventory, and fertilizer activities

* Assist with seed treatments, product handling, and order fulfillment* Support inventory control, product intake, and monitoring processes* Assist with dispatching, logistics, and shipping documentation* Utilize systems such as JD Edwards for order processing, shipping papers, and invoicing* Support liquid fertilizer operations as needed* Participate in EHSS, DOT, and process training to support regulatory compliance* Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

**What You Bring to t he Role:**

* 1+ years of related operations or agricultural experience* Knowledge of agricultural operations preferred* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel* Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons* High School Diploma or equivalent* Class A CDL preferred but not required

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* The base compensation for this position ranges from $15.10 to $20.16 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
