We are hiring a Senior Klaviyo Email & SMS Lifecycle Operator who can design, build, execute, and scale a complete lifecycle system that drives 30%+ of total store revenue. This role starts project-based and transitions to full-time based on measurable revenue impact. What You Own
You own the entire Klaviyo ecosystem. Strategy, execution, creative, and revenue performance. You will: Architect full-funnel lifecycle systems across email and SMS Build advanced flows end-to-end (welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell, replenishment, winback, VIP, sunset) Write all email and SMS copy with performance-first clarity Design and build high-converting email layouts directly inside Klaviyo Optimize signup forms for maximum conversion rate and list quality Develop deep segmentation frameworks (behavioral, transactional, predictive, RFM, lifecycle stage) Build and maintain campaign calendars with disciplined cadence control Monitor deliverability, domain health, and engagement decay Analyze performance against benchmarks and implement corrective action plans Document repeatable lifecycle frameworks across accounts You are not advising. You are executing. You are responsible for revenue contribution, not just send volume. Basic Qualifications
3+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience Proven ability to scale email/SMS to 30%+ of total store revenue Deep experience building advanced lifecycle flow structures Strong segmentation and data analysis skills Demonstrated ability to write high-converting copy Demonstrated ability to design conversion-focused email layouts High ownership mentality and bias toward action Required Skill Depth
You must understand: Campaign cadence modeling across email and SMS Advanced segmentation logic and predictive analytics Revenue per recipient and contribution margin modeling Deliverability management and sender reputation Signup form testing and optimization strategy Conversion psychology in lifecycle marketing How paid acquisition and lifecycle systems integrate You should be able to diagnose lifecycle underperformance quickly and implement structured corrective plans.
