What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the West Palm Beach, Florida territory
Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology community
Communicate effectively about oncology products and their benefits to customers
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic plans
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
Professional experience in healthcare/scientific fields, preferably with oncology
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)
Reside within a reasonable distance to the district
Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
Experience in oncology clinical roles or settings
Proven track record of strong performance in sales/marketing within oncology
Knowledge of the oncology treatment landscape and multidisciplinary care teams
