What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with customers to address their needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the territory
Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop strategic plans accordingly
Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their practice structure and needs
Ensure a consistent customer experience by effectively communicating with the customer team
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology exposure
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10‑15% overnight travel)
Residency within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
Knowledge of oncology sales, account management, and customer relationship management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of oncology field‑based sales experience
Strong performance history in a sales or clinical oncology role
Experience with data analysis and market analysis in a healthcare context
Familiarity with the workings of multidisciplinary care teams and cancer treatment pathways
