We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Service Account Assistant

to support our account management team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in organization, communication, and client coordination. The Service Account Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting account performance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers in coordinating client projects and service deliverables Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met Prepare presentations, proposals, and account summaries Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Support internal communication between departments to ensure seamless execution Track account performance metrics and assist in reporting Identify opportunities to improve client service processes Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Professional demeanor and collaborative attitude Additional Information
