ICF is seeking a field-based Associate Account Specialist to take a significant role in the implementation of commercial energy efficiency programs in Baltimore, Maryland. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting participants from Environmental Justice (EJ) communities into our utility incentive programs. The candidate will develop and implement engagement strategies with the goal of increasing the number of energy efficiency projects and participants within identified communities. We place a premium on creativity, an ability to work independently, but also to function as part of a team, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to client satisfaction. This position is open to Maryland-based candidates as well as those willing to relocate.

Preparingclient-facingstatusreportsthatdocumentperformanceandactivitiesrelated toprogramgoals, contractor/consultant participation,and pipeline management
Supportinginternaloperationswithtaskssuchasreporting,applicationreview,forecasting,marketingdevelopment, and client support
Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between50% to 75% of the time(reimbursement for mileageprovided)
What we need you to have (minimumqualifications):
Bachelor’sdegreein(BusinessAdmin,Energy,Communicationorrelatedfield)(candidatescansubstituteoneyearofexperienceforeachyearofeducation)
1+ years of experience in community engagement, with a preferred focus on working with individuals and groups from under-resourced communities
Proven fluency in English
Musthaveavaliddriver’slicense,anoperationalvehiclefortransportation(orregularaccesstoavehicle),andsuccessfullypassaMotorVehicle Records (MVR) check
