Job Description

The company has been servicing Manhattan and the surrounding area for over 50 years, and our product line has grown to include fireplaces and stoves, swimming pools, hot tubs, grills and smokers, and patio furniture.
Responsibilities
Able to work some Saturdays - not every!
Learn a broad range of product lines related to Pools, Spas, Grills, Fireplaces, etc.
Provide regular communication to customers through verbal and written/email form
Continuous follow-through and follow-up on the status of products, clients, and job progress
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads
Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound calling or inside sales
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
