What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop territory and opportunity plans to progress sales cycles
Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans for Identity Intelligence
Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to customers
Foster strong relationships across all levels of customer organizations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity or identity applications
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a dynamic environment
Strong understanding of IT stakeholders and the Identity Intelligence landscape
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with various personas within IT organizations
Experience with Salesforce and analytical tools for sales forecasting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience in overlay or specialist sales roles within a team-based environment
Familiarity with machine identity security, data access security, and agent identity security solutions
Knowledge of modern cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.)
Ability to provide exceptional customer experiences from initial discovery to post-sale follow-up
