What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Engage strategically with customers and partners to deliver tailored solutions aligned with their needs
Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans for the Identity Intelligence market
Lead technical resources to showcase SailPoint's advantages to customers
Develop and deliver internal training programs to equip team members with necessary skills
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technology-related field
Experience in a consultative sales role, particularly in cybersecurity or identity applications
Ability to synthesize information quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong relationship-building skills across various IT personas
Familiarity with sales forecasting and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience in overlay sales or a dynamic team-based selling environment
Knowledge of Cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.)
Familiarity with analytical tools and complex data utilization for driving sales programs
Previous experience in the Identity Intelligence landscape
