As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional car-buying experience by offering excellent customer service and sales expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in the selection and purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles while ensuring their satisfaction at every step of the process.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Provide knowledgeable and professional guidance on vehicle selection, features, and pricing options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and current sales promotions.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and achieve dealership goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the dealership's CRM system.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve sales skills.
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
