
Work Arrangement:
Onsite 5 days per week initially; potential hybrid flexibility once the candidate proves performance
Position Overview Seeking an organized, proactive Corporate Paralegal to support the firm’s corporate, real estate, and trusts & estates practice groups. Looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
What They Will Be Doing
Open new client matters, conduct conflict checks, prepare engagement agreements
Communicate with clients, counsel, and third parties to coordinate meetings and gather information
Draft, proofread, and file transactional documents (purchase & sale agreements, grant deeds, leases, stock certificates)
Maintain stock ledgers, minute books, closing binders, and other corporate records
Track and calendar trademark registrations and key deadlines
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
Provide general administrative support as needed
What They’re Looking For
2+ years of transactional/corporate paralegal experience
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
Strong formatting, proofreading, and document management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (DocuSign and Clio a plus)
