R33163# **Join Team Green!**# GFL Environmental is North America’s only major diversified environmental services company, offering career stability, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a positive impact every day.### ## What You’ll Do:* ### Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, web, and in person* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries* Research, investigate, and resolve customer questions and concerns accurately and efficiently* Communicate clearly with on-the-road employees to provide instructions and support* Monitor, document, resolve, and report customer complaints and issues* Track customer data, maintain account files, and generate work orders* Download, distribute, and respond to customer email inquiries* Scan contracts and maintain accurate records* Work with supervisors to ensure all daily pick-ups are completed* Promote a positive GFL Environmental image through professional communication* Provide backup support for the Office Coordinator as needed* Perform additional duties as assigned* Comply with all company policies and applicable laws and regulations## ## What’s Required:* ## High School Diploma or GED* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel* Ability to operate standard office equipment* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Excellent organization, data entry, and record-keeping skills* Strong problem-solving abilities* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Hazardous waste experience is an asset### ### Physical & Work Conditions:* Ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands, talk, and hear* Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision* Indoor office environment approximately 95% of the time* Noise level is usually moderate### ### What’s in It for You:* Competitive wages* Comprehensive benefits (including orthodontics & vision)* 401K matching and profit sharing* Paid time off* Employee Assistance Program and life insurance* Growth and advancement opportunities#GFLTalent*We thank you for your interest.
