and grow fast. Geography : Based in Seattle and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight travel possible (up to 25%) as business needs arise (exact timing may vary). This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who’s motivated, coachable, and ready to work hard to build something long term. Why this role? This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field prospecting, meeting with clinicians, running product demos, and learning the full sales cycle from start to finish. You’ll gain hands-on experience in medical sales while working alongside experienced Territory Sales Managers. What you’ll be doing
Full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, demos, closing, and follow-up Educating healthcare professionals and patients on a clinically proven product Supporting territory strategy and execution in a fast-paced, field-based role Who we’re looking for
A self-starter who’s eager to learn and willing to put in the work Some outside sales experience in any industry Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly What you’ll get
$70K base salary, up to $6K/month commission with quota attainment A clear promotion path to
Territory Sales Manager within 12–18 months Significant increase in earning potential
upon promotion , including uncapped commission and equity with the company ($200K+++) Mileage and travel reimbursement Full benefits including medical, dental, and vision
