Role (1) Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Manager role based on-site in Columbus, OH. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining positive client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and contributing to the organization's revenue goals. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs, achieve sales targets, and develops and maintains training programs for the inside sales group. Experience in Management and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and nurture client relationships Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive business growth Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Proficiency in Sales strategies and processes to drive revenue and meet targets Ability to successfully use the AS400 and accurately complete paperwork as assigned. Exceptional keyboarding and math skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to hold APQP meetings. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus Basic blueprint reading Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred The ability to lift to 50 lbs. Role (2) Description
This is a full-time Fabrication Sales/Estimating role based on-site in Columbus, OH. The Fabrication Sales/Estimating will be responsible for Project Management/APQP, quote estimating of added value processes (sawing, thermal cutting, welding, press brake, assemblies), and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining positive client relationships, expediting of customer orders/projects., and contract review of customer purchase orders for order entry. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Experience in sales helpful Steel / Aluminum background Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Exceptional Blueprint knowledge and math skills. Ability to successfully use the AS400. Ability to learn added value processes (sawing, thermal cutting, welding, press brake, assemblies). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
