MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an
Employee- Owner , Selling Manager to work in our Burnsville, MN Headquarters. This role will grow an assigned territory through new business development, hire and lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training and mentorship.
What You Will Do:
Lead a growing Sales Team.
Provide guidance, training and mentorship through the sales cycle.
Manage the sales process and provide sales planning.
Develop sales representatives in product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management.
Achieve individual goals and quotas, including Team Gross Margin.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
Contribute on sales structure, direction, programs and policies.
Adhere to the company's policies, programs and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven ability to coach/develop sales team.
1-2 years of outside sales.
2+ years B2B sales management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Provide examples of their structured sales process and improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems.
Clean Driving Record.
Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited University.
Excellent negotiation and building relationship skills.
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.
Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation skills.
