
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to lead market penetration and drive growth in our home health services. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, recruiting top talent, and executing data-driven strategies to dominate their market.
What You'll Do
Lead sales efforts across your assigned region with a focus on aggressive market penetration and measurable growth
Develop and execute a clear 90-day market entry plan that demonstrates strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
Build and manage enterprise-level relationships with hospital system leadership to secure preferred provider status and quality alliance memberships
Recruit, hire, and develop your own high-performing sales team through strategic networking and talent identification
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships
Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies
What We're Looking For
Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in home health (hospice, SNF, or infusion pharmacy experience may be considered for exceptional candidates)
Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and achieve aggressive growth targets
Strong track record of recruiting and building successful sales teams
Established credibility with hospital system executives and C-suite leaders
Hungry, competitive personality with high self-confidence and a "killer" mentality
Willingness to take calculated risks and be compensated based on growth metrics rather than steady commissions
Data-driven approach to sales strategy and market analysis
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
