Compensation for Driving
Commission on all new clients personally signed up for services who meet the agency’s minimum service requirements

Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition through community outreach, partnership development, and relationship management.
Represent Malama Maika‘i at networking events.
Serve as the primary contact for new inquiries, ensuring a warm, supportive experience for every family.
Conduct consistent follow‑up with leads and referral sources to maintain trust and increase conversions.
Maintain accurate client and partner data within our company software system.
Collaborate with leadership.
Provide ongoing support to social workers and referral partners.
Share community insights, trends, and opportunities.
Represent Malama Maika‘i with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every interaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of community liaison or healthcare sales experience (Hospice, Home Care or Home Health preferred).
Knows the in's and outs of Hospitals, SNF's, CCRC's, etc.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships in the community.
Reliable transportation is required; this role involves frequent travel across Oahu.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Must be self‑motivated, personable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
About the Role As a Community Liaison responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, facilities, and community partners to promote our in‑home care services, this role is field‑based. You will be actively engaging with referral sources, attending community events, and representing Malama Maika‘i in a professional and compassionate manner.
Your goal is to help seniors and their families access quality care services while supporting social workers, discharge planners, and other care professionals throughout Oahu.
