Overview We are seeking a results-oriented

Account Manager / Inside Sales professional

to manage client relationships and drive growth within a dynamic insurance agency serving Bonita Springs, FL and surrounding communities. This role combines account servicing responsibilities with proactive inside sales initiatives to support both client retention and new revenue generation. The ideal candidate is confident handling client communication, knowledgeable about insurance products, and motivated to identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion.

Core Responsibilities

Manage and service an assigned portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts in the Bonita Springs market

Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound outreach related to policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage adjustments

Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate new business through inside sales strategies

Prepare insurance quotes, applications, policy documents, and endorsements accurately and efficiently

Support renewal cycles, remarket policies when appropriate, and implement client retention strategies

Maintain detailed and organized client records within agency management systems

Deliver responsive, professional service that strengthens long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Previous experience in insurance account management or inside sales within an agency environment

Working knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance products preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines

Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain) preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up processes
