As a

Sales Operations Analyst

(SOA) at StandardAero, you will play a key role in keeping our CRM data accurate and supporting the sales team by generating leads and qualified opportunities for your assigned region in Business Aviation. Success in this role requires a continuous desire to learn about aircraft and engine maintenance, paired with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help build a reliable and timely sales pipeline. Position is remote, Dallas Fort Worth area preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct aircraft market research, analysis, and reconciliation

OEM maintenance schedule analysis

Lead generation and opportunity qualifications

Lead regional pipeline analysis and forecasting

Regional sales support

Sales campaigns

Continuous Improvement within Sales Operations Projects and analytical systems

Special projects and tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or other relevant degree preferred.

Experience working with a CRM system

Ability to conduct research and gather information using a variety of aviation and industry data sources.

Examples: JetNet, Amstat, CAMPS, Honeywell, FlightAware, FAA Registry, etc.

Up to 10% travel required.

Preferred Characteristics

Aviation related experience preferred.

Salesforce experience preferred.

Strong analytical and research skills

Able to balance analytical / database work with interpersonal work as required with both internal and external customers.

Database report writing experience and aptitude.

High-level Excel proficiency (formulas, tables, reporting, data input, etc.).

Competent skills in typing and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills.

Preferred candidate will live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
