Salary Range Hourly: $24.45 – $36.83; Biweekly: $1,956.00 – $2,946.40; Monthly: $4,238.00 – $6,383.87.

Job Description The One Contact Center (OCC) work unit is the frontline staff who assist, educate, and inform Colorado business owners, employers, sole proprietors, and individuals about their FAMLI program rights and responsibilities. OCC staff interact with citizens via telephone, email, and chat. We support the public with inquiries such as account creation and registration, navigation and troubleshooting, program rules, and the employer self‑service system. We also educate callers about the program, provide tips for using the self‑service system, and guide them toward online resources, empowering participants toward self‑sufficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide complete customer service to support participants of the Colorado FAMLI program.

Help with inquiries from across the state and act as the front line for support regarding the FAMLI program.

Assist with account registration and front‑line troubleshooting.

Educate contacts about the program and guide them toward additional program or system resources.

Utilize a variety of computer systems and applications in daily work.

Provide thorough and quality customer service via telephone, email, and chat.

Explain and clarify FAMLI Division policies, regulations, and state laws.

Inform participants of their rights and responsibilities while protecting the interest of Coloradans and the FAMLI program.

Exam Information After minimum qualification screening, there will be an online exam covering Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other basic support competencies. SAVE THE DATE: 8 AM ON MARCH 5TH, closing on MARCH 11TH, at 11:59 PM.

Minimum Qualifications Experience Only:

Four (4) years and six (6) months of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position.

Education and Experience:

A combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to four (4) years and six (6) months.

Preferred Qualifications

Call Center experience

Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role

Previous experience working in a remote/virtual position

Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems

Strong knowledge and understanding of the FAMLI Statute and Adopted Rules

Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Conditions of Employment

Must be a Colorado resident at time of application.
