About Your Role Affinity is seeking an Associate Product Sales Specialist to sell our audience targeting solutions to brands and agencies with a focus on smaller deal sizes/high-velocity opportunities. You’ll run a full-cycle sales motion in your segment—prospecting, discovery, proposals, and closing—while building deep fluency in audience creation and privacy-safe data integration concepts.
Build pipeline, advance opportunities, and close new and expansion deals brand direct and with agencies
Run end-to-end sales cycles: outreach > discovery > solutioning > proposal > close > handoff
Translate client objectives into audience strategies (e.g., acquisition, lapsed winback, loyalists, suppression, competitor/conquesting, category buyers)
Develop clear, repeatable proposals that package an audiences + activation approach aligned to KPI goals (CPA, ROAS/iROAS, conversions, lift)
Become fluent in how audiences activate across common ecosystems (agencies, platforms, programmatic workflows) and communicate “how it works” simply and confidently
Speak credibly to 1P data integration fundamentals: onboarding expectations, basic match concepts, permissions/privacy requirements, and what’s needed for a clean, executable activation
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, including close plans, next steps, and risk flags
Bring market feedback back to Product/Strategy: what buyers ask for, what wins/loses, pricing friction, and packaging improvements
Your Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in adtech/martech/data sales, media sales, performance marketing, or a commercial analytics role with direct client interaction
Solid grasp of market targeting and segmentation (how audiences are built, when to use which segments, and how targeting supports performance goals)
Comfort with data concepts and technical workflows (files, basic data QA, match/mapping language)—even if you haven’t owned integrations end-to-end
High activity/high follow-through; able to manage multiple parallel opportunities without dropping details
Strong writing and presentation skills; able to produce clean, client-ready proposals
The following are a plus:
Experience selling to or working with agencies
Exposure to audience platforms, measurement, identity/onboarding, and/or privacy-safe data collaboration concepts
Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar), and proposal/RFP style writing
Salary Range : $55,000 – $70,000 Office Hours:
9am – 5:30pm
Benefits for full-time employees of Affinity Solutions begin on the first of the month following your date of hire with a generous employer contribution for medical, dental, and vision. In addition to company paid holidays, wellness time off, other wellness benefits, and employee discounts, you will also get employer paid life insurance and have the option to enroll into an employer-matched 401K Plan.
